On Wednesday April 15th is the Lunar birthday of our teacher and spiritual guide Swami Lakshmanjoo. Lunar birthdays are traditionally celebrated in India as the main birthday, however, Swamiji, before leaving this world, directed his Western devotees to celebrate his birthday on the Solar day of his birth, May 9th. Although We will be celebrating his Lunar birthday in a small way we have the larger celebration here in Los Angeles on Friday May 9th.
On the day following the Birthday, Sunday, May 10th, to Wednesday the 13th, the Fellowship will hold its bi-annual four-day retreat at the Culver City Center.
